Log cabin spring lap quilt made with Amy Butler Belle jelly roll

By April 1, 2017Finish-A-Long, Quilts

This is my Finish #4 from my Q1 FAL list.

I hope I’m still in time to link it.

I’m not going to write a lot about this quilt, as the pictures say more than words.

This spring lap quilt is made from Amy Butler Belle jelly roll that I got about a year ago somewhere online.

It was extremely enjoyable working with exquisite Amy’s fabric. I am thinking of making another quilt using one of Amy’s fabric collections soon.

Photos starting with the first log cabin block and ending with the finished lap quilt.

I probably need to mention that I resewed this particular block later in the process, changed fabric placement just a bit 🙂

Thanks for looking at these photos 🙂

Love & light

I love everything about this quilt! I’ve loved Amy Butler fabric since her very first line. Your quilting is especially cool – great finish! Thank you for participating in the FAL, on behalf of the 2017 global FAL hosts.
