My first ever FPP pattern

By February 14, 2018Quilts

Hi all,

I have some exciting news. I made my first ever Foundation Paper Piece pattern for Valentine’s Day. It’s called Heart Face and it’s basically a heart with a face 🙂

It’s a very easy one, sews very quickly and a beginner friendly. I made it using EQ8 software.  It was relatively quick to design it but it took me quite a while to put the pattern pdf all together. Now its done, next time should be easier.

I’m getting to know EQ8 little by little and already planning my next pattern soon… ish. It will be more complicated than Heart Face so stay tuned.

Heart Face is an FPP block that is available in two sizes – 6″ and 10″.

The photo below is a block test sewn by my dear friend and fabulous FPP designer Joanne Hart @unicornharts

You can download it absolutely for FREE from Craftsy. Hope you like it and sew it one day.

Happy Valentine’s  Day!
